10K race entry regulations:

10K race under UKA rules.
Entry fee non-refundable even in the event of a cancellation.
Course not suitable for walkers or wheel chair users - runners only.
Race entrants must be aged 15 or over on race day.
Running numbers are not transferable.
Lost chips/numbers must be replaced at a cost of £5.00.
All entrants on entering agree that: I am an amateur as defined by UKA and agree to abide by it's rules.
I will participate only if I am fit to run the distance selected.
I will not hold responsible the Organisers or any person or body involved in the event of any injury or illness from the event or for any property lost stolen or damaged.
I give my permission for free use of my name, voice or picture in any broadcast, telecast, advertising promotion or other account of this event.
I am over 15/or the above consent has been agreed by Parent or Guardian.
I hereby declare that the above details are complete and correct in every detail.
